These are open public work sessions and all, interested persons are invited to attend. We do not suggest cash payments via mail. Include the address where a receipt can be mailed to confirm payment has been received. Online payments can be made at Online Riverfront Payment & select Riverfront Festival Payment as the Payment Type. Be sure to enter the Vendor Name listed on the vendor application in the Comments section. This is to ensure that the payment is applied to the correct vendor. In-Person Payment: Payments & applications are accepted at 1735 Main Street in Surgoinsville. We accept cash, check, & card. American Express is not accepted. |
